With the victory of Trump to a second term as President it brought up the question, what happened?
As so many of us celebrate Trump’s victory the left and democrats are melting down with shock. They cannot understand what happened. This is because of a couple of things.
The biggest problem was the issues democrats and the Harris campaign pushed.
The first issue was abortion. How many heard over and over from leftists and democrats that if you were not for abortion you were not for women’s rights? Abortion was synonymous with women’s rights. Under Trump and abortion the country was headed back to the 1970s when it was illegal for women get a loan, a bank account or even a credit card.
The fearmongering here was almost insane. It also ignores the fact that no, it wasn’t illegal for women to get a bank account, loan or credit card. The law they are referencing made it illegal for banks to discriminate against women getting a loan, account or credit card.
But if you were for abortion, all this would come back.
Second, if you were for Trump you were a racist and sexist person.
This was the typical left-wing personal attack to shame a person. It deflected away from any other issue and a tactic that was rampant by media and in comment sections. Anytime a real issue came up, how dare you vote for a racist or sexist person because that makes you racist and sexist.
Even now we still succumb to this tactic and allow ourselves to have the conversation changed from the real issues.
These two things are what the Harris campaign ran on.
Economy, crime, immigration, how many times was that brought up only to have democrats ignore, belittle or even make fun of the issue, see how the left acted with Trump’s they are eating dogs comment.
Even after the election democrats and leftists doubled down upon these two things. They are crying that women are going to lose all their rights. Yeah, not happening. And attacking all Trump voters that they are hateful, racist and sexist people.
All this ties into one major problem of the Democratic Party. They refuse to acknowledge that the far left can go too far. As a result they are a slave to the far left and whatever they say. This election is an example of this problem with democrats.
The sad thing is, they have not learned this lesson. The average American is getting more and more fed up with the far left and their antics.
