Its been a week since the election and the fact Trump won the election easily despite mainstream media claims and things have started to settle down a bit with the dust clearing.
What’s become clear is there is a split in the Democrat party. To many this might seem like something new and even perhaps something to do with Trump breaking them.
No.
One of the main problems is democrats have been in lock step with the far left. This isn’t something new. The partnership has been going on for a couple of decades now.
What’s happened in the past 5 or so years is this extreme push by the far left to go even more far left. With democrat leadership unable to say no and almost forced to go along with this loud, obnoxious group they have alienated the more central members.
This divide is very well seen in this clip of the show, “The View”, taken from The Officer Tatum’s YouTube channel (great guy).
I don’t know their names except Sonny, not going to learn them, but you see the two girls in blue and green appear more central. They give an explanation that Harris lost due to not caring about the working class. That they have lost their ways by focusing on far left ideologies.
Sonny immediately disagrees because it doesn’t follow the far left’s ideologies. Notice she tosses in racism and sexism as the real reason. The voters are not looking at reality of race. She cannot accept that her ideologies are wrong.
The other woman stated that the Democratic Party was all about workers giving past examples. The problem she fails to see is this isn’t the part of back then, its changed.
You see the same thing in Joy Reed and her constant push that its racism. She even came out stating that black women should not have anything to do with liberal white women. Furthering the divide within the political party.
Of course the far left attacking anyone who thinks differently is nothing new. Its been going on for decades, the only difference is now the left is in a much more public arena in social media and their tantrums are for all to see.
The question will be will democrats continue to double down, or will they stand up to the far left and go you can go too far. We are seeing the cracks of some publicly saying they’ve gone too far. The question will be will they remain democrat, or will the leadership stick with the far left and do more harm to the party by doing so.
